"Mr. Anand, who is currently managing the property, is extremely stubborn, uncooperative, and lacks even the most basic understanding of company policies. His rude and rigid behavior makes the entire experience unnecessarily unpleasant. We have been regular customers at this venue for a long time, but if Mr. Anand continues to manage the place with this arrogant and unreasonable attitude, we will be forced to look for other options. Arriving 5–10 minutes early shouldn’t be treated like a crime. Yet he counts every single minute as if he’s doing us a favor. Even worse, when there is no booking after our slot, he still stops the game sharply without any flexibility. This is cricket, and it’s normal for the last over to take a few extra minutes. Instead of showing basic understanding, Anand’s behavior kills the spirit of the game and ruins the mood for everyone. The management seriously needs to address this issue. The previous manager, Amit, handled things professionally and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. With Anand in charge, the atmosphere has completely changed for the worse."
